I got side tracked working on my washed out driveway and completely forgot. Sorry about that. I will make it my first priority tomorrow when I get home from work.

I finally got around to lookng at the plenum... I am sort of lost... There is a hard plastic flap in the center, with a rubber edge around it. THe hard plastic does not seem to be broken, but it appears that the rubber was leaking around where it attaches to the hard plastic, so someone used silicone on it. Also, it dodes not seem that the hard plastic center section is connected to the pivot directly. It is connected by the flexible rubber... I hope this makes sense... Does anyone else have any input?

Wierd? Yeah, should be a hard plastic with rubber around it. On both of mine the plastic is broken right where it meets the rubber at the hinge, which makes it kinda have a mind of its own.

I just took mine apart and pulled the flap out of it and it does actually connect to the pin with the plastic but is incased with the rubber must be to seal it, so if it moves back and forth while holding the hinge im guessing its broke just like my two. If I turned the pin it would actually rotate too in the hinge, which I'm guessing it ok, but Kind of hard to explain, but hope that helps

it sounds like the flap is broken on mine. Sorry to get you hopes up. I guess this is a pretty common problem...

The case is OK. There is one screw hole cracked out as seen in the photo. Not visible when installed. $25 shipped

Thank you, but I'm going to pass. I should have known it would be more than $10.00 to ship. TTT for you. James.
