how to tell if parts are factory or aftermarket

Hey guys I am looking at buying a core support and inner fender wells for my 68 these parts are already off of the truck but they have been painted is there any way to tell if these part are factory or not Thanks

Aftermarket core supports are smooth where it angles down on each side where the original ones have a kind of peak where it angles down. Hard to explain without a picture. Do you have any pics of the parts?
