Black rims?

Hi guys,

Anybody run black rims on their C20? If so, any pointers on what websites or where to find them?

Re: Black rims?

Which size rims/bolt pattern/offset do I need?
I was thinking more along these lines:

http://www.roughcountry.com/black_wheels.html

http://www.drivelinecustoms.com/whee...n=8x165.1&poc=

Are you talking about black stock rims or aftermarket?

Re: Black rims?

Semi gloss black powder coated my burb wheels, and couldn't be happier with the look and ease of them to stay sharp looking with little maintenance.

Re: Black rims?

8 x 6.5" is the size your looking for. I ran some black 16" x 8" Rockcrawlers on a couple of C-20's.

Those do look good. I will probably make my rims black too. I can't decide if I want to powder coat them or paint them.

Do I need to worry about the offset number?

Offsets should always be considered. It matters on some vehicles more than others.

The wheels I ran had 4.25" backspace. 4"-4.5" BS should be alright.

Thanks!

So these rims that say "12 mm" are of no use?

Re: Black rims?

24.5mm in an inch so the 12mm rims would be 1/2 inch.

Re: Black rims?

I'm confused, so when looking for rims which offset in mm or inches should I be looking for?

Backspacing and Offset are two different measurements. Backspacing is usually listed in inches, most modern wheels list Offset in Metric. Don't know the answer to your questions but you might find this link helpful.
