Chalet for sale

Chalet here in Utah. I don't know what the monitors think but the guy just has best offer. I thought it would be interesting to see what people would offer. If that is not cool, just modify the post so people can see the Chalet. BTW, I am not trying to buy it.

Re: Chalet for sale

Lots of looks at the ad. Noboby has made an offer, thinking about parting it out.

Re: Chalet for sale

Really cool to see one in Utah. I hope someone restores it. Too much project for me but there are guys with lots more skill that could bring this back. Good luck!

Re: Chalet for sale

This one is serial #0158, built in 6/76. It is owned by a member of our Yahoo Chalet forum, assuming that is the same seller (keeping track of our members and their rigs is sometimes like herding cats, though). He did a commendable job fixing it up from its prior condition, but these always demand more time, and the current economy isn't so good for that.

Previous owner(s) repainted & restriped it, all '76s had a factory color of lite tan with burnt orange accents on the truck and the same color for the roof.

For more parts, there is still - to the best of my knowldge - the #0769 GMC Jimmy Casa Grande in the Pick-n-Pull just west of downtown SLC.
