Small Mud Flaps
I have a newly finished set of custom side pipes on my '69 and noticed today that road dirt might shorten the life of the chrome 90* bends that are directly behind the front wheels. Wondering if anyone has come across a small set of flaps that do not hang too low and might even be chromed steel instead of flaps.

Re: Small Mud Flaps
When I was a kid all the auto parts stores had these. Course that was quite awhile ago, but I would think they still have em.

Re: Small Mud Flaps
No not really, 1/2 to 3/4 was not even questioned, the biggest problem was due to the fact that the p.o. had a camper on it and had auto plates on it. Once I took the shell off I had to register it as a commercial vehicle again, hence the letter number combo on my black and yellow plates.
