Question trans kickdown bracket for 6 cylinder.

I am going to convert my 68 shortbed 250 6cyl (yes I'm keeping the 6!) from a 3 speed manual to a th350. Most of the conversion is pretty straight forward, but, the only thing I am having trouble with is the trans kick down. The whole throttle set-up on the 6cyl is a little wacky, but it works. Has anyone seen a 6cyl with an automatic? Is there a bracket that attaches the kickdown cable or ???. Any help, pics, and sugestions would be great.
Thanks,
