You can bet it won't go cheap. There's a two-tone red and white '76 Suburban with 80K original miles also on Ebay.....the guy wants 20K!!! YIKES!!!

"Current bid: US $4,000.00 (Reserve not met) "

1h20m left? Yeah, it ain't going this go 'round. He probably wants a fortune for it.

Why do you invest $26k in a truck, then sell it? I thought the end goal was to have the damned nicest truck out there, then show it off or drive it ... or both.

I notice the inside rear view mirror is mounted to the cab rather than on the glass. Did the 72 cab have a flat spot like the earlier trucks or was it raised like the 71? Just for my own information.

Thanks for your replies - Bob

That's a nice truck wonder what his reserve is? Any guesses? just curious what other folks might think it's worth. I almost bought a really really really really (I mean really) nice early 60's a while back that was just absolutely gorgeous and looked as mint as could be (frame off I suppose) for $8500 but I was short $2500 and just couldn't spend that other $2500 out of the bank, I'da had to let my business account get a little lower than I like, but god I wanted to SOOO bad. Course I'da "ruined" the truck in many people's eyes, I'da put rims, bed cover, tinted window, lowered it, and probably rodded the motor right away

Ok, I agree about the steering wheel. I just can't see them on one of our trucks.

Ruin is a little harsh here! If you can afford to buy the truck, you can afford to change the wheel back to stock. Hardly ruined IMO.
