Replacing Front Grille 71 chevy swb

I recently bought a 71 chevy short bed and the front grill is painted and dented up and I can't figure out how the outer shell comes off. I noticed 4 bolts on the inside bracket but when I look at pictures of grills on the net I don't see any type of bolt holes on the grills. Someone help please.
