trans cooler lines for 350 turbo

hey fellas, do the lines on a 350 turbo on a 72 just float to the radiator or are they hung from something, just replaced mine and cannot see if they hang off a bracket or if they just float, any help guys, thanks.

Mine just run from the transmission, and screw into the rad. They don't mount to anything if that's what you mean.

Then again, my engine/trans isn't original.

There should be a clip for the lines. It attaches to the engine using a stud on the oil pan.

just went outside and looked under, i now see the clip you are talking about. looks like i gotta take them loose again and hangem. thanks again.

Just a thought but you can buy a new aluminum radiator out of a 85 c/10 and it has thee cooler inside the radiator.. if your looking for somthing different. i did it but i got a manual and i just got the thing plugged off.
