got a new radiator

Surprised to learn my local Autozone had the 4-row radiator for the '67 in stock. $179 plus tax, lifetime warranty. It's a Transpro Ready-Rad (may be same thing as Modine, it appears the two companies have merged). Saw some cheaper rads recommended in the radiator stop leak thread, but this one was in stock 5 mins away so I can get started on it this weekend, depending on the rain.

As for the old rad, the PO had given me all the receipts on the truck, and this rad was installed new in Sept 96. Truck only has 15K miles on it since then, so it should not have failed, IMO. He got it from Performance Radiator of Texas. I haven't been able to find anything about them on the web.

Problem appears to be somewhere in the lower left (when viewed from front), where the core is attached to the tank. It's gotten progressively worse in the last month, and the darn thing has puked about 1/3 gal in less than a week.
