Transmission Builders Westchester or NYC area NY

I have a 71 gmc with a 383 in it and recently made a rash decision and bought a rebuilt 700r4 off of craigslist.

Got it in the truck and it's not quite right. It's not making enough pressure in forward gears though the pressure is fine in reverse. I am confident the TV cable is set up properly both the nearby hot rod shop and a local transmission shop verified that.

However now I need someone to dig into the trans and fix whatever is wrong.also the shift points are too early but not necessarily too close together.

Any recommendations?
