paper work question

i bought a truck titled as 1967 but it has 68 front fenders, a warranty tag dated 5-10-68, and a 1968 owners manual. it seems to be a special order with anti sway bar, power steering, steel bed floor, hd radiator, and hd springs front and rear.

I wonder if there has been a paperwork error along the way or if maybe it was purchased as a "last years model" and they had to retrofit it with marker lights. it has a utility bed currently, don't know if the original bed had marker lights. all the vin numbers match and all the paint seems to match and looks original.

has anyone ever heard of this?

Re: paper work question

it has 68 wing windows and I found an old registration, I think the state just messed up when the title was transferred. but it will be for sale here in a couple of days.

Re: paper work question

Post the first 5 digits of the vin # or post a pic of the label in the glove box.
