headlight pods

are the metal headlight pods the same between chevy and gmc?

You mean the headlight buckets? If so no because GMC headlights have a diameter of 5 3/4" as the Chevy's have a diameter of 7"

....plus, GMC's have four of them, where Chevy only has two.

Also isn't there a diference between 67and 68-72 chevy, 67 is the same right and left as 72 is diferent for right and left, I bought a pair for my 72 Chevy from LMC and I guess I wasn't paying attention when I orderd them so I have two of the same side So now I have to figuer out what side I have and order the other one..

My experience is GMC are smaller, and all are different from right to left.
