engine decode help?

I need some help on the details of this engine I have a few numbers so maybe someone can help me. Looking for year and what this engine came in among other details. A few different sites gave me different output. Mortec and nastyZ28.com

Driver side Block behind heads: 14016379/7GM
Pass Side & Driver Side Lower block: A weird symbol(looks like a 3)and 79
Water Pump Tab: V0430TBF
C9Z791067
Driver side Block: 010
020
166 or 188

and head casting numbers are 12558062

It looks pretty straight forward to me. The suffix code and the block casting both indicate a truck engine. It is a 79 350 and it was installed in K-10's-20's.
The engine was rated at 165 hp and was installed in the conventional cab trucks.

Someone has installed 98 Vortec heads onto the engine. (64 cc with 1.94 I and 1.50 E valves.
