OK I admit it. I cut the dash...SHAME Now I need a bezel/fix

Many years ago I had to have a CD Changer in my truck. I installed a single DIN Sony controller and a 10 disc stack. That worked great but now someone needed the faceplate more than I (this happened while it was at a paint shop Uniq Motorsport in Mesa. They also stole the custom subs and amps I had installed but I digress.)

I cannot find a replacement faceplate for the deck. I bought another deck that is single DIN. Does anyone know of either a cool billet bezel or hoooha that will fit in the radio are to make this look like a sweet install.

Re: OK I admit it. I cut the dash...SHAME Now I need a bezel/fix

There was a guy on the forum that was making billet parts for it. I had tried to get one but no luck. I did come across this one just after I posted.

Now I have to ask if anyone has used one of these??

Here is a set of 4 different sizes for less than $10. I did the same on mine by just a jigsaw blade width. Made my own from 18ga steel. Was going to need to do this anyhow because the DIN chassis would not snug down tight. They are engineered for thicker, plastic dashes not the single 20ga panel the truck has.

The glare makes this look kinda' crappy, but in the truck it looks great.

thank you. I've been emailing him for quite some time and he hasn't had any available. I did find some on another website though I'll send the link when I have a chance.

I dont know which route you want to take, but if you are looking into putting a classic style radio, we offer a a DIN repair kit to be used on one of our radios. It allows you to cover up the modified DIN opening and use one our faceplates along with it.

I have a billet one sitting on the shelf ready to ship if you're still looking.
