Try reaching out to GR8-68 on this board...he is a lot closer to you than I am and may have an old tank...
but..
I am not sure who you would get to remove and replace the neck...again, due to the gas fumes...

Hey Larry...you online? This guy needs an old 69 fuel tank neck...you got any tanks there with rust or holes etc...?
