Question Slightly OT...Anyone heard from GMC Paul????

Has anyone been in touch with GMC Paul within the last few days? I have been trying to get in touch with him to check on an order. No reply to my emails, and the phone is either busy or I get no answer. (This is by no means a negative post. I have ALWAYS had great service from them, and I was just wondering if they were having some sort of problem right now.)

Thanks!

Scott

He shot me 2 emails on 8/28/02 at around 4:30 P.M. Eastern time. I had some questions for him.

That's very strange. I still have not heard from him.

Thanks!

Check his webpage. He usually posts something if he is going away for a day or so. It is Labor Day weekend so most likely he is enjoying his off time. I wouldnt worry too much, Paul is a stand up guy. He will get you your parts if you ordered any.

GMCPaul has always gotten everything I ordered shipped to me in about a week (week and a half at most). Always very satisfied. Probably taking weekend off which is something he deserves. He stays very busy.

Guys, NOT to be a smart@ss, but I don't think BIG GREEN is worried so much about his order, but more concerned if Paul is alright or having computer probs.

I emailed him a whole bunch of times in the past week on some incorrect parts and never heard back. Don't know if he's having email problems, out of town, working on his truck, blowing me off or what.He doesn't answer the phone anymore either. He is a great guy and I have spent a lot of money with him but if you sell you have to be available somewhat when people have problems.

Well, LMN8R, I'm beginning to get a little worried about both.

I know that Paul is a busy man, travels to a lot of shows, deserves time off, etc, etc. I don't have a problem with any of this. Like I said at the beginning this is not a negative post about Paul.

This is my fifth or sixth order with Paul, and I have always been pleased with the service and the quality of the parts that I received. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get in touch with Paul, and I don't have a problem with that.

It has been more than two weeks since my account was billed for my order. I haven't seen my parts yet, so I have been trying to touch base with him to make sure my order hadn't been lost by UPS or something.

Since I haven't had any luck, I figured that I'd check with you guys and see if anyone had heard anything.

Hopefully everything is okay in GMC Paul Land.

I have been sending Emails for a month about returning a part that will not fit. I think his quality is good, but customer service could use some improvement.

Well, I received my parts, but I still haven't heard from GMC Paul's. Hopefully everything is okay, and they are just really busy.

Be patient guys, you wouldn't believe the amount of e-mails, phone calls, etc., that Paul has to deal with on a daily basis, and he always does his best to help everyone, but sometimes he gets spread pretty thin, and has a lot to deal with. It's the price of success. I wish he wasn't so busy sometimes myself, cause I enjoy talking with him.

Just got an email from Paul. They've been having email problems, and Paul thinks that they didn't receive about half of their email over the past week, so you guys might want to try again.
