I am planning on using 73-87 front suspension on my 67 does anyone know if the sway bar will work or what mods need to be done?

Re: Sway bar

Mods-- One rivet will have to be cut out of your 67 to mount the stand off brackets. That's it. You will see which one as soon as you hold the brackets in place. All other holes are already there. Oh yea, I would recommend grade 8 bolts, washers, and nuts.

Is your truck going to be lowered? If so, you will need a "lowered" stand off bracket from ECC or similar vender.

I am in the middle of the same swap you are doing. No lowering for me, at least not yet.

Get the big bar (1 1/4") off of a towtruck or something similar...
