Hi I'm new to board

Hello all, long time lurker and finally decided to join up. I'm from winnipeg btw and I just aquired a truck after selling my 72 gmc longbox some years ago to build race cars instead. After a long break from that I recently picked up a project 68 gmc 910 stepside. Body and frame is very solid just needs some minor stuff paint is old but I kinda like the look so it will do for awhile.

Truck currently has 292 and 465 muncie that will be pulled and a 350 sbc 350turbo or I may go 700r4. Being my garage is full I'll have to wait till winter's over to get to work on it but here's some picks as it sits. Glad to be aboard.

Nice acquisition! Any other plans besides the eng./trans. swap?

Re: Hi I'm new to board

I like these trucks mostly stock but I'll be going with some bigger rims eventually and perhaps lowering some in the future. Doing the standard front disc brake swap and installing power steering and brake booster. Love reading all the builds on here there are some awesome looking trucks here.
