Well it actually might not be overpriced if you compared it to an equivalent 1st gen or 2nd gen Dodge Cummins in as good a condition.

1st gens are bringing top dollar (seeing prices from 6k to 12k but 2nd gens are still reasonably priced 6k and down)
Still no where near what he is asking. Maybe I should shut up cause I am building pretty much the same truck but a couple years newer.
I this point I wouldn't sell it, but a 16k offer might change my mind

The Dodge 518 transmission is probably the biggest detractor on this truck. These tranny's had no lock up torque converter and were generally quite unreliable behind a Cummins. They would probably be able to get more money had they used a manual such as a NV4500 or especially the NV5600. However, the nice looking paint job is a big plus on this truck.

i have a diesel power magazine that has a feature on that truck in it! it is the cleanest cummins swap you have ever seen!! i will try to find it and post it
