I got it at Classic industries, it is on sale now with free shipping.

There are 8 predrilled holes in the headliner, where it is screwed to the inner roof.

There are 8 screws and 8 spacers included, the spacers make sure that you don't drill through the outer wall of the ceiling, and 8 black plastic caps, the cover the screws when they are installed

Th headliner is semi rigid, as it is composed of a very nice vinyl, with a nice embossed pattern, over thick cardboard

Starting in the forward corner toward the windshield, one person holds up the front, and the other drills an 1/8th hole through the pre drilled hole in the headliner into the inner roof.

Then install the screw through the spacer into the roof.

That will keep the headliner fairly stable, while you and your helper install a screw and spacer on the other side.

After you install the (4) front and rear screws, 2 on each side, the headliner will support itself loosley.

After the eight screws are attached, the headliner will be firmly attached to the roof.

I used some large velcro strips in the middle, but I dont think that it is necessary.

Sorry if these directions are not clear, but the headliner comes with detailed instructions, for the install.

Comes in 9 coloors as well as black.

Looks nice! My '70 came with a headliner, so no drilling. Still took two people, though.
