Cruise Control Setup $400 - Illinois
I have a complete cruise control setup for our trucks, specifically 71 - 72. I know there has been a lof of back-and-forth about what is "original" and what is not. When I bought it years ago through Hemmings I was assured it was "original" and I posted in WIW just to get some feedback before listing it here. It got a little damp, as you can see, but just surface rust.
Anyway, I feel comfortable saying it is original to our trucks and I'm selling it as such just like I bought it as an original. I am selling it in good faith. Just wanted to post it here before E-bay. Last edited by Skruffy; 10-30-2008 at 04:41 PM. |

Re: Cruise Control Setup $400 - Illinois
Nice setup and it will work in our trucks but its not original to them. The servo is a 73 and up, the carb bracket is different and the 71-72 setup used a below dash mounted switch, they did not use the blinker lever switch.
This discussion from the FAQ section covers it all pretty well. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=136867
