French seam on the dash pad of Cheyenne Super correct?

The dash pad on my 72 Cheyenne Super has a French Seam on the upper front edge. Is that correct?

No. That has been replaced some time in the past. There was a member on this board that was offering dash pad covers with a French seam. Could be one of those.
