295/50 r15s on 10 inch wide rims work with not too much room to get wider with.

Thanks I think I am going to run a 295 50 on a 15 inch rim. for the rear it would look nice and tough. Could I run a tire that wide on a 8" rim ?
Nice truck's Ben and Green 70-72 Green Do you have any pics of the power seats ? Thanks

the tire place said that a 295 would work on a 8 inch rim, but it is not recommended. i think the 295/50 fits reall nice on a 10 inch rim

Heh I've had 295/50/15's on an 8" rim for as long as I can remember, not a single problem with them. I do however like the look of a wider rim and may just have to get 10-inchers eventually. I don't have any pictures here at work to show you though.
