Window Rubber and felt Install Q's

We are getting ready to install some new window rubber and felt, and was looking for any tips on how to do it quickly and easily? Any knid of help would be appreciated.

You probably know this but you will probably have to cut a little of the felt piece off where it starts to curve up at the back of the door. There usualy a little to long.

Yup had to do the same thing just make sure you install the channel first and make it one of the last things you do so you don't cut to much off!

I found that when installing the vent window rubber, it helps to soak the rubber in hot water first. It makes it softer to work with.
