3rd seat mounting

I'm trying to put my 3rd seat back in, but the last time it came out (at least 10 years ago) I had to cut the front mounting bolts to free them. Now I am not sure how the pictured backing plate mounts to the underside of the floor. Is is screwed to the wood floor? If someone could snap a pic of theirs that would be great. Also, can anyone tell me the length of the stock front mounting bolts? Thanks...

Re: 3rd seat mounting

the plates are held in by a couple of wood screws, and the bolts are about 2" long.
