can you run this much offset?

I was at B. jackson last week and saw this truck,looks like stock wheels and then you look underneath,must be a 12 in rim.Seems like alot of offset,could this be done or do you think is mostly show? You can see the tubs in the back.

There is alot of Positive offset, And to me, it looks like it may only be a 10" wide wheel with a wider tire due to the amount of tire bulge.. Technically, a 10" wide wheel measures 11"s across
