Another one bites the dust. That looks like it was a nice truck at one point. Definitely makes you think about good seat belts.

I hope the occupants of that walked away OK. The truck is replaceable.

Have a good weekend,
Take care,
Tom

Re: Caution Please drive Safe & Buckle Up !

It'll buff out...

I had 3 point belts installed in my old GMC before I took it on the highway the first time. I doubt that I would be here if it weren't for seat belts - that, and I think someone wants to keep me around for awhile.

My father and I both pulled over on the side of a highway during a down pour. I got out of my truck and into my dad's 69 and within a couple of minutes a young guy hit us from behind (he had his license for only a week) He was riding on the shoulder of the road. Things happen fast when your not paying attention. He wrote all three trucks off and no one got hurt, we were all very lucky. Please learn from our mistake .......get completly off the highway.

Re: Caution Please drive Safe & Buckle Up !

It looks as though the cab held together very well. The integrity of the cab shows those guys probably walked away from that crash, as long as they had their seat belts on.

Re: Caution Please drive Safe & Buckle Up !

Thankfully, no one was in the truck. It was on the shoulder in a downpour with the driver in another truck when a fresh young driver slammed it
