1962 c20

please help i have a 1962 c20 with power steering it has a ram and control valve its all new parts also new power steering pump heres the catch it has a 2006 5.3l vortec v8 the power steering fluid and the control valve are getting hot the fluid is almost boiling when i drive it on the freeway i also installed a power steering cooler on it it still does the same thing what the heck is the deal how do i fix this HELP
