Re: any one replaced the bushing in rear shackle in 4x4 ?
I got my greaseble shackle bushings from ord a few months ago. The originals are kind of a pain to get out without an air hammer. The steel sleeve on the outside of the bushing that presses into the shackle will fight you the whole way.

Re: any one replaced the bushing in rear shackle in 4x4 ?
The whole rear shackle assembly is GM 3941784/6270217/14022597. Only the 3941784 looks like the assembly line unit.
The bushing is a tough one, as the GM parts books are confusing on this part. Since the shackle is listed as fitting K/5, K10, C20, and K20, the bushing 3941634 or MOOG SB319 looks to be the right one. Dimensions are listed below.

Re: any one replaced the bushing in rear shackle in 4x4 ?
Interesting. I based my post on the original parts catalog. 67-72 4wd use the same bushing, but the shackles from 67-68 are different from 69-72. OP should be able to measure his and determine.
