Yup, actually just got in from the garage from applying another coat of high build 2k primer on the rockers and back section of the cab. I hope to have color on by the end of the week, I hope! I will post some photos once I get some color on.

Re: 1970 swb K10 Resurrection (AKA "The Chum Bucket") "Photos"

Finally found fisher minute mount push plates that will work on the 67-72 chassis. I used a set from a 73-88 Chevy (part #7129) and only had to make one small modification to the passenger side to provide clearance for the leaf spring. I still need to pull them back off, sandblast and paint them. Here is a link to a bunch of photos.

Fisher is a brand of snowplow and push plates are the mounting brackets that allow the plow to be installed and removed realitively quickly.

Thanks. If you want to post photos go for it. The only reason I don't put photos directly into the string is I use an iPhone or iPad and rarely fire up the pc. I wish the site allowed a mobile device to upload photos.

Thanks its a slow process. They are original '67 16.5x6 on 6 lug wheels. I have never seen another set and I got 5 with the '67 chassis i am using. the tires are made by specialty tires of amarica and are actually made in the USA. Here is a link:

Thanks! I appreciate the information. I have a vintage salvage yard right around the corner I will hit them up and see if they have something.

I sprayed 2 coats of por-15 and 2 coats of por-15 chassis black on the bottoms of the floor boards and bed. The system is pretty tough but if I find I have any issues developing I will hit it with some undercoating.
