Ever see on of these?

Turned around in a driveway and saw this. Looks like a 1957 chevy Ice Cream truck. I wonder if it was ordered as a cab and chassis. Rare??

It would of came from the factory with the chassis and everything to the firewall of the body then a body manufacture would of put the rest on it

That would make an interesting camper/tow rig.

I think you nailed it on the cab and chassis deal and there is probably a tag on the inside of the body with the body builder's info on it.

Probably custom body made from this. The Factory Assy manual shows them shipped with the steering wheel supported with a wood frame and a box of misc parts.
