Withdrawals

I'm having withdrawals. I didn't post alot, but was on the site several times a day, everyday. Been awhile since I posted, but the lan (internet) I'm on is really slow over here, suubsequently when I get a chance to come here, it is so slow I just give up.

Hours are 12+ per day/7 days a week. I am right near the airfield, so I get to here the planes and helicopters all day and night. Even with that, I really have no complaints, I have it better than most of the military guys and gals.

Someone knew sombody in the Air Force over here (a board member?) and wanted me to stop and say hi. Respond with his name, and where he might work, and I will make all effort to do so; that goes for anyone that knows someone here at Bagram.

Well, back to work. Hope all the good deals don't get taken while I'm away.

Keith

Re: Withdrawals

Keith,

I couldn't agree w/you more, although I have it a little easier as I am in Qatar. Talked to my wife last night, and she asked if the UPS guy was ever going to stop coming to the house....hope all he is doing is dropping off packages!!!!

Good luck up there at Baghram.

How long is your tour? I may be going in June or July but don't know if it'll be there or Africa. My buddy's name that is there is Daniel Christy, I believe he's a warrant office assigned to the parachute squadron. He happens to be back in NC at the moment on his two weeks leave. I think he arrives back over there around the 19th. Let me know if there's something you need over there, I'll make every attempt at getting it to you.
