That looks good. My truck is weird....... to me it just dont look 4 wheel drive & it doesnt sit that high... I just want to make it alittle more noticable.. I like the way yours sits, how did you do the 2 1/2" lift helper springs? dont look like a body lift at all..... thanks for the pic..... Digger

Thanks, the lift was in when I bought it. The front are Rancho springs, the rear has an add-a-leaf and 1"block I believe. I was contemplating on going higher myself but since this is my daily driver I will save that for my 72K20.

Thanks guys for the pics. Those trucks look great. Pont. your old mans truck looks sweat.... That is the look I'm trying to go for... Nothing to high with tires that fit right... I hate when trucks are lifted with tires to small or to big for the lift they used. I just like that stout look.. Hey Pont would it make it ride any different than it does now... Who makes a good lift...been looking at pro comp, & skyjacker soft ride kits... with 33's....

Yeah, thanks for posting that 84 shortbed with 4" and 33's, I was wondering if my truck would be better off with 33's or 35's and now I know 33's will look great.

diggin, my dads truck has the ProComp lift and ProComp ES3000 shocks. It's rides about the same as stock or maybe just a little bit stiffer. I'm running the SkyJacker SoftRide on my truck and it definitely rides better than stock. I recommend the SoftRide lift but I have heard others say that the Rough Country (or was it Tuff Country) lifts ride very well also. Either way, I don't think you will sacrifice much ride quality with a 4" lift. Post pics when you get it done.......

Rob

Rough country rides rough, I installed a all spring 4" lift and its pretty stiff. I'm hoping the bigger tires will help the ride out a bit, but being 19 years old the rough ride doesn't bother me much.

Tuff country ez-ride springs ride real nice from what I hear, not sure about their HD-springs, probably rough like Rough Country springs.

yeh, I can't speak personally on the Rough Country or Tuff Country, just what I've heard but now that Destructo has mentioned it, it was their ez-ride springs that I've heard about.

yfs, super nice truck! I would be honored to drive such a clean rig!

Tuff Country EZ Rides are some of the softest springs on the market. i believe BDS offers the softest of everything available.

LOL, Nick, a trade would be nice but you don't wanna down-grade do you? LOL!

Destructo, sharp truck. I would be equally as proud to drive yours, with some shiny wheels of course! Black wheels just aren't my thing.......... Looks really good though..........
