Cab Resto and Body Work

I am currently performing my first full build on a 65 c20 conversion to c10. I have some questions regarding cab restoration. I will be blasting the cab and starting from scratch. However I have some body issues around the back of the cab where the bed has dented the corners and some rust repair in the usual places. Inner and outer rocker, kick panels and outer floor and small spots mid pan where the pitting is severe along with some strangely placed bullet holes around the firewall and cowl. My question is if I should blast and coat the cab prior to performing the repairs. Or straighten the body and patch the floors beforehand. Just trying to avoid double work. I plan on making this my busy work while saving money between chassis components, but don't want the rust to spread any further although it's stored indoors. Any experienced advice would be appreciated.
