Final Frame Paint Plan, Input Please

TEAM:

I would like to try Rustoleum for my frame paint and will be brushing on all paints. Please take into consideration this will be a DD and also trying to stay on budget.

Here is my plan:

FRAME PREP
I have nearly bare metal from the firewall forward, with a few places of light surface rust (example of frame condition):

Size: 71.3 KB

PRIMER PLAN
I plan on using this Rustoleum product for a primer:

TOP COAT PLAN
For the top coat I am planning on this Rustoleum product:

Question:
I want to use a hardener to assist the top coat in curing and also add to its durability; does hardener do that? If so, can I add hardener and brush the top coat on?
What are your overall thoughts of this plan?
