I will check about this...your offer was $90 not the $110 asking price...if your offer was not accepted then the first offer of $110 would have priority. My logic might be wrong so I will ask other mods on this. I want this to be fair to all.

fishingjred73 didn't offer $110 price but said to put him in second. The confusion is was his second in line for the $110 asking price?...I will let John H make that decision.

This is why we need to be clear when making an offer for for a FS item. Buying and selling shouldn't be this confusing.

2) then fishingjred made the statement put me second, which means he
is stating he will take them if John H. does not take my offer of $90.00
shipped.... at the asking price, if not he would have made an offer

3) and shortbox your third in line as I see it so the "dumbest" remark can
be withheld until John H. makes a decision........

Liz, I am not trying to stur anything here...after I read 70cst post..I just simply asked what happend to the guy who had second dibs...why is he being skipped over? I know you can say this doesn't concern me..but after I was passed up before in a similar situation..I tend to speak my mind now.

I would like to take the full offer if this is the correct protocol. I did not want to sell them for less than the listing so per 70cst's post, shrtbox70 was the first full offer so he can PM his information.

You have nothing to do with this deal and the mods were trying to handle it. Therefore your jumping in to help the situation made it worse so in the future may we please do our jobs without others jumping in? Thread closed, deal is done.
