2004 Escalade Front Buckets (not mine)

I know someone that is selling some front buckets seats from a 2004 Cadillac Escalade.
Quote:
Does anyone here have a need for a pair of 2004 Escalade Front Buckets? These have the Full Electric options (Front Up/down Back up/down, Slide front to rear, Power recline, I think there is Lumbar Adjustments as well And heat. The seatbelt is in the seat, as well as separate wiring for the airbag which is NOT deployed. These are Leather Shale in color and the only wear on them is the outer sides of the seats show use from Normal Leather Wrinkling. I'm sure if anyone has leather seats they know what I'm talking about. I'm probing the waters on these as I have a set and selling these would help me out ALOT. I originally had planned to put them in my chevy pickup but it wouldn't do them justice.

Being the Shale color they will match light grey and tan interiors. They take on a closer color to the rest of the interior.
I'm asking $1600 And I know they are worth every penny. other wise this auction wouldn't have such a price with BLOWN airbags.

I aquired them as a gift from someone that went through a lot of trouble to get them from the plant that makes them. They were installed in one of the Rep's vehicles and he trades them out close to every 3-4 months. They normally slice them up but these were saved through a LOT of paperwork. Airbags are not garanteed and are advised to not be hooked up since they require sensors and the rest of the airbag system to be SAFE. They would require bracing under the cab of the vehicle since the belts are intergrated and a simple bolt and small washer wouldn't hold them in the event of a crash.
Bottom line they are not stolen. I have waited 2 years for these and now with the Fiero being my project car I'm just going to keep my beater truck a beater truck.
here is a link to some photos: pics

to contact him here is his email address: email

thanks,
thomas...

Nice seats. I'm not sure of the value, but you'll notice those ebay seats you posted didn't sell at that price.
Try a search on ebay for leather escalade seats and check the completed auctions, that should give you a better idea on value.

Good luck with the sale though

I just typed a reply and got an invalid thread then backed up to find the text was gone so I'll make this short and sweet.

Seats are beutiful.
I don't mind delivering to 200 Miles.
Hand to hand transactions are my favorite and are safest.
inspect on delivery with last chance to decline.
These on Ebay look like trash $102 with 3 days left

and i'm open to questions and requests for more pics.
Also I can prewire them to get away from the factory plug.
imediate responce can be had by emailing stuart@texasfieros.com

Ive been in the market for some new seats and ive mainly been looking for something with an intigrated seatbelt but my concern with the caddy seats is the thickness of the seat. My truck has a late model 60/40 in it now and i have the seat back against the glass and im still sitting ontop the steering wheel. Can you do me a favor and measure the distance from the front of the seat to the back of it? If you could also measure the thickness of the backrest too for me? If they will work i can make you an offer on them. It would also be a HUGE HELP if you knew the height from the seat cushion to the floor and if you could tell me if you know the amount of raise thats possible from the controls that would be great too. I wouldnt trouble you if i knew someone with an escalade .... but i dont.

BTW i live in dfw and i could pick them up in cleburn. Get back to me with that info and a price and lets see if we can make this happen.

I will take the measurements that you need but as far as how high the seat will lift I am not sure. I do not have an escalade either. But I will look into powering these up to run the motors. It will tonight before I can do this though.

These seats have a memory computer on them and I'd hate to mess it up but anyone wanting to just use the power switches can bypass that fairly easy. Or get the escalade / taho harness for it.

Front to back of bottom is 26" top of side cushin is 14" top of but bad is 10" and seat back cushion is 6 - 7" thick.

The seat is currently half hight and will probibly raise or lower 2" maybe a little more.
