Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
well. we just welded the new S&W mustang2 front end in. I am buiding the rest of the cage now. The engine will be done in March. Looking for 875HP from the 14-1 540 with AFR 345 heads. I have a cheatah air shifter with a dedenbear lightning delay box.
The frame is basically a tube frame all of the way now. Looking for 9.50's

Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
Tempted to take the driveline out of my truck and put it in a camaro / vega. It'll do 10.20's atleast pedaling it in a lighter chasis. All i've managed in the truck is a 11.39.
The same motor and trans in my 70 cutlass went 10.23's pedaling it.

Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
A stock frame 67 style BBC. They are real nice, but I'm not going to be able to use them. I just ordered a set of weld ups for the frame I have.

Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
I'd take 300 with shipping for both and I have spare rockers. I also have a set of roller lifters for 100.00.

Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
On my first 1/8th mile license pass it went 6.18 at 113 with the hood through the windshield.
It still weighs 3150 without my 300lbs Toyo is having a 2 for one sale on their slicks and front runners.

Re: What's new with my Drag Racers?
Hood through the windsheild? That doesn't sound good.
If you try the Toyo's let me know how they work.
