Elec Brake Control Module - and - horn...

So, I'm suspecting a bad ground, but... I plan to remove and clean the ground by the passenger side footwell where it grounds to the frame.

My dash brake lights and abs came on together, then went out after about 2 hrs. Dealer diagnosed EBCM relay open circuit. Not gonna pay $1500 for the dealer, will send to module masters if necessary. That's the key, if necessary.

I will clean the ground and see if the lights come back on and if ABS seems to work again. It's not working now with the lights out, so, something is wrong, not a fluke.

Also - the horn just stopped. Fuse good. Hmm. Gonna go try the key fob horn btn too.

Electrical gurus - thoughts? Thanks for your time.
