4/6 Drop Now Done
Well, I finished it up this morning. I have some issues with the spindles that I'm trying to work out over on the suspension board, but for now this is how she sits. Got a lot done today. My WIFE did all of the sound deadener. She wanted to make sure I told everybody so she would get the credit. Wend 3 layers behind the gas tank. Even threw in the new seats just to see how they'd sit. I'm not sure. I'm no GUMBY so we'll have to see.
I LOVE THE STANCE!!!!!!!! Exactly what I was looking for.

Is there a way I can shorten the steering shaft and put it back in the firewall a little more? Or is it just more of a pain in the ass and I should just get the tilt. My problem is that it won't be silver.

It can be "slid down" a little. Have to make sure the shifter arm doesn't hit the brake booster.

How much was the full kit? What all came with the kit...2" spindles + ??? Did you install and if so, how easy was it?

cornutz-Eagle 212 20's 275/45/20's all the way around.
Frizzle Fry-it's call b-quiet got it off Ebay shifty-I didn't buy a complete kit. I'm a cheap son of a gun so I kind of pieced it together McGauhey 2.5 Drop Spindles-Tim Christian(the man) Factory Spings-Cut one coil off WALLA! I now have 2 inch drop coils ECE shock relocator kit and adjustable panhard bar ECE 6 inch drop springs Going blank on the shock brand right now but some of the guys on the suspension board hit me up with some measurements off the KYB website that they converted the length's over to normal shocks that would work Front Shock part number-33033 Rear Shock part number-33027 It wasn't too hard mostly the upper shock mounts are a pain in the butt. Panhard bar was a little hard to come off, but after 35 years I would be too.
