RI 68 TOTT column and/or blue 68 steering wheel

I have this 68 Three speed on the column With the steering wheel. The column is in good shape asteticaly but is jambed up a bit mechanicly. If some one is interested I can try to free it up or you can have it as is cheaper. It was in a truck that was sitting awhile,classic it worked when it was parked kind of deal. The wheel looks pretty good only a few small cracks no horn button. So just the wheel $35 plus shipping,Just the Column as is $25 plus shipping. Both together $55 plus shiping. OBO Thanks for looking.
