VINCE M HERE IS A PIC IT HAS ABOUT 6 CRACKS ON THE OUTER EDGE, THEY CAN BE REPAIRED WITH EPOXY, THE WHEEL IS A LIGHT BLUE. I HAVE REPAIRED THESE WHEELS WITH EPOXY AND MIXED THE PAINT IN WITH THE EPOXY AND HAVE GOTTEN VERY CLOSE TO MATCHING THEM JUST A LITTLE TIP.
