Did GM ever use a 16" 6 hole steel wheel that has nubs that will hold a hubcap?

Yes. On 71-71 4x4's. Option.

I once told a guy i had never seen one when he asked about one. And i will be darned if he didn't walk 10 feet to a parts Blazer i had and said THERE'S ONE. I want it.

Actually, here are a set on a 2 wheel drive Blazer.

I hauled this Blazer to Tom when he bought it. So i know that they are for real.

I agree with fine69. I know where there is a 71-72 cst blazer that has them listed on the glovebox and still has them on the rig. And no the guy won't sell them... I have tried...

Re: 16" 6 Hole steel wheels??

Those wheels were optional back to when the humps first started in the 60s. The problem is that not very many people ordered that option.

You can get repros that look fairly close from outfits like Stockton Wheel and others.
