Re: 16" rims for 65' c10 ??

I'm running Mickey Thompson Classics in the 16"x 8" size. They come with a blue nylon hub insert that is used for the late model (hubcentric) trucks and removed for our earlier trucks. I have them on my 1963 Chevy with a 255/55 tire.

I have a variety of six lug wheels I am running on my fleet of '64-'66 Chevy trucks. Check them out:

Contrary to popular belief, there are unlimited options. Good luck with your search.

.....yes there are many to choose from BUT... most are for "import" type trucks, and with weight being a big factor most of these wheels are just too big 17-22 & up and WILL break under extreme conditions (hard breaking and turning) there not much good under those conditions....good luck..

Not so, check American Racing, American Eagle, Weld Wheels, Wheel Vintiques, LMC Truck, Classic Parts, etc, etc, etc. There are many manufacturers of American made wheels that are 15" to 17" in a variety of widths and styles. I buy my wheels from Jim's Wheel & Tire in North Kansas City, MO. They have a catalog for every wheel manufacturer and you can get any size, shape, style and hole pattern you want.
