Onboard air Power steering pump options

1989 V2500 suburban 5.7

Hello all,

I bought an onboard york compressor kit from Little shop MFG and I am having clearance issues with the PS pump.

they insist it fits but my return line is bent upwards and the hose interfers with their bracket. The metal portion of the return is bent to hug the pump reservoir until it clears the back.

Anyone know of some part numbers or years that the return is a little different? The bracketry that supports the pump is tight against the reservoir so coming straight out is not and option.

Little Shop MFG wants ~100$ in fees to return it so I would like to make it work. In a perfect world they could of just made the bracket stand off the PS pump another inch and life would be good. I emailed them to ask what car/truck in in the picture and have not heard back.

Here is the link to the kit.

the return fitting can be bent gently. put a 1/4 extension in it and ease it back.
