9 inch rears
I wanna see some 73-87 trucks with 9 inch or built 12 bolt rear ends. I'm interested to see some racing setups just for ideas. Any places build bolt in rear ends?

Re: 9 inch rears
I don't know of any bolt in 9 inches but talk to http://www.quickperformance.com/ they will custom build any width you want.

Re: 9 inch rears
I imagine Currie can fix you up as well.
As a counter point - I still have the 8.5" ring gear 10 bolt in my Chevelle. It's the original housing with a Mark Williams spool and axles, c clip eliminators and welded tubes. I'm at just shy of 1000 hp naturally aspirated, 3950 lbs for high 9/low 10 sec ETs. I broke the pinion four or five years ago, threw another ring and pinion in (at the track) and kept right on going. That's the only time I've ever broke anything related to the rear. K

Re: 9 inch rears
I see you've done a flip on the axle, could the axle be ordered with the spring pads under the tube?

Re: 9 inch rears
the spring pads are in the stock location, i put a lowering kit on the back, so now the rear is on top of the springs instead of under it...
