1976 gmc NO POWER AT EITHER SIDE OF HEATER FUSE WITH KEY ON

Key on, power ok at other fuses, where does the heater fuse get power from?

I would suggest you pull the fuse panel and look at the back side of it. It probably has a bad buss connector. Most of the things in the panel are powered by the same source. The old fuse panels get corroded over time and things quit working.
