55 chevy p/u
Hi new member looking for some help and info on wheels for my 55 2nd series. I want to keep it looking stock, but have mustang 11 IFS with chevy 5 stud and 10 bolt rear also 5 stud.
My question is does anyone make a 15x6 or 7 wheel that is 5 stud and can accept a stock hubcap or can be adapted with the spring clips that are needed to retain the cap. Or is there a later model wheel that will work. Thanks. |

Re: 55 chevy p/u
Is your lug pattern 5x5 or 5x4.75? If 5x4.75 Chevy Rally wheels will work and if you use police caps on them they looks more old fashioned - at least I think so.
PS Rallys are a helluva lot cheaper than custom made aftermarket wheels - just saying! |

Re: 55 chevy p/u
Yes I've thought about rally wheels and police hub caps but really want to keep it looking stock. Thanks for the sugestion, I believe Wheelsmiths can modify my hub caps to fit one of their wheels
