1969 C10 Front Bumper Height
My son and I are building up a 1969 C10 and need some information we can’t seem to find. Does anyone know the clearance dimension between the ground and the bottom of the front bumper. We are trying to figure out if the guy before us put lowering springs in. We replaced the 6 cylinder with a 350 and it is sitting really low. Just trying to figure out what springs to order to make it a little higher.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper Height
While that dimension is not listed in the 1969 data book, a lot of other interesting info is, like the tailgate to ground measurement.

Re: 1969 C10 Front Bumper Height
On my '70 with a 350 it's 13 inches. That's with 235/75/15" front tires. My friend replaced the springs with stock height ones years ago.
